“I made pizza.”
“What?” She stared, affronted. “I told you I was on a diet.” She took a step back from the oven as if the calories would crawl out and cling to her.
“Will you calm down?” Kelsey snapped back in reply. She threw open the oven with a clang and removed the tray. “It’s totally healthy. God.”
Jessica peered over the counter at it. “Oh.” She sniffed and studied her nails. “It looks good. Thanks.” To mollify her friend, she smiled sheepishly but Kelsey was shaking her head, pulling plates off the rack she kept suspended over the sink. Jessica pouted. “I’m sorry, ok? Diets make me cranky.”
“Yeah, no kidding. Get the plates.”

Sliced zucchini
Red onions
Creamed spinach
Parmesan cheese
Tomatoes
Chicken
Whole Wheat Tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Assemble delicious miscellaneous ingredients over tortillas. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy.
